Plastics Industry Awards
Proud to be an Award-Winning Supplier
We’re proud to have been nominated at the Plastics Industry Awards every year and to have won in 2021—the first time an extrusion project received the Supplier Partnership – Prime Machinery award.
The award recognised our collaboration with AMB Packaging and Bandera during the COVID-19 pandemic. With international travel restricted, UK Extrusion successfully managed the complex installation of a PET Foil & Sheet Line using a two-person UK-based team and remote support from Italy. The project was completed just 10 days behind the original pre-Covid schedule.
This achievement highlighted our ability to deliver under pressure and added real value—connecting AMB with a local company in urgent need of PET sheet for face shields during the crisis.
